Our "No-Stress" Refund Policy

Look, we’re parents too. We know that sometimes plans change. That’s why PapaPack™ offers a 30-day return window from the date your bag arrives.

The Rules of the Road:

• Condition: The bag must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. If it’s been covered in baby formula, we can’t take it back!

• Shipping: Since we offer free shipping to you, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost back to our HQ.

• Defects: If the bag arrives with a broken zipper or a tear, send us a photo at papapack.orders@gmail.com and we will send a replacement immediately at zero cost to you.
